I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to Barry Rubin. Barry, along with his partner, Bill Apter, wrote, produced and directed musical comedies Off- Broadway. Some of their material was seen on "The Dean Martin Show " and the first season of Saturday Night Live.
In May of 2004, he began a new career as an entertainer singing in the style of Bobby Darin, Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett and Michael Buble, just to name a few. Barry has performed at various lounges and supper clubs in Las Vegas, Southern Florida, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and California.
In December of 2004 Barry joined the cast of "The Bada- Bing Show" at the Stardust Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, and was also a featured singer with The Midnight Jazz Orchestra. In 2005, Barry was the featured singer at The Ritz Carlton Hotel in Las Vegas. He has also performed with Big Elvis at The Barbary Coast Casino. He was the featured singer with The Gents of Swing Trio, and with Benny Bennet's Jazz Band. He also performs at charity events for St. Jude's and The Smile Train.
Barry's goal is to keep this type of music alive. His premier CD was released in March of 2005.
Barry’s fee is $150.00 for a 50 minute hour plus gas or rental car. This is only valid until August 2008.
