More than twelve years of experience in fine catering and decoration transforms Dee's dishes into genuine and delicious works of art. Born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Dee acquired a real fascination for cooking from the time she was a small girl. Her first recipes were taught to her by her grandmother. She then went on to complete extensive classes and training at several Brazilian institutions. Parallel to that, she refined her drawing and painting skills and discovered yet another talent at her hands. She opened her first catering business in 1989, and utilizing her artistic talents and culinary expertise, she soon received acclaimed recognition for excellence in creativity and originality.

Today Dee and her husband, Brian, live in South Florida and have joined creative forces to bring you "Celebrations by Dee's Catering" and continue to provide the tradition of Dee's original Brazilian charm, artistry and delicacy to the tables of America.
