Baking has been in the Souter, Townsend and Healey families dating back to the early 1940's, when great-grandmothers taught daughters and grand-daughters to bake using ingredients from the family farms in Marianna, Florida, and Rhine and Eastman, Georgia.
Upon receiving the family legacy and for more than twenty (20) years Antella Jones has been baking for her family and friends who have raved about her gourmet Southern-style Sweet Potato Pie, her rendition of Aunt Judy's Banana Pudding and old-fashioned all-butter pound cake. It was an overwhelming interest in her baked goods and encouragement from her Spiritual leader, that Antella decided to market the best of her quality cakes, pies and pastries to her community.
January, 2005, Antella's Fine Baked Goods, located in Miami, Florida, decided to expand in order to provide quality desserts with a French, Latin, Neo-Soul and Southern-style influence.
