Wine Watch Unique Catering was founded in November of 2004. Since the first party the calls have not stopped coming in. Wine Watch Unique Catering is affiliated with The Wine Watch Boutique in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Partners chef Michael Saperstein and event coordinator Toni Lampasone have years of success working in South Florida together. Chef Michael has been awarded numerous 4 star reviews for his cuisine and has also been nominated for a “James Beard Rising Star in Culinary Arts” award. Toni has been named “Host of the Year” by her peers in Broward County as well as being known for her expertise in Event Planning and wine events.
Everything prepared by Wine Watch Unique Catering’s chefs is made from scratch and from only the finest market- fresh ingredients.
