We bring the heated food in professional equipment that keeps it warm before the meal. The cold food is packed in ice for optimum serving temperature. We set up a buffet style meal that includes royal blue tablecloth, entrée, salad, overfilled baskets with our exclusive tropical chips or bread, gourmet cookies, condiments, salad dressings, napkins, black plates, and black plastic-ware.
