Inspired by meals cooked through her extended family, Terrie Lobb developed a love for cooking at an early age. After attending The American Culinary Academy, she opened a small café near the courthouse in Bartow, Florida called The Docket.
Through contacts with her customers that loved her food, Terrie began incorporating catering and found that it was more to her liking. Terrie Lobb Catering, Inc. officially began in 2000 as she worked to prepare, deliver, and serve for each event. Today, Terrie Lobb Catering, Inc. has a kitchen staff with full-time chefs and many professional servers. The hallmarks of the business are a it's friendly staff and attention to detail.
