Executive Chef Alfredo has 15 years of experience as Chef for well know hotels such as the resorts at Walt Disney World, Hyatt and Intercontinental. He catered "Premios Lo Nuestro" Awards and the Univision Channel's Holiday Party. Chef Alfredo cooked for celebrities back stage such as John Secada, Julieta Venegas, Alice Cooper, Willie Nelson and did events with Bobby Flay and Charlie Palmer as well.

Personal Chef Services /Wine Dinners-
Chef Alfredo will come to your house and cook at your kitchen so you can spend time with loved ones and friends without worrying about the food preparation. He will then plate your meal and describe it while you enjoy. Request him to pair each entrée with a complementing wine for a great palate experience.
Cooking Classes -Form a group of 4 to 6 people and Chef Alfredo will come to your home and teach how to make several food items. You can learn to do Hors D' Oeuvres for the Holidays or the Four Mother Sauces, or Chocolate desserts. Or instead you might choose to have the group create just one full meal - an excellent concept for team building. A class lasts about two hours and you get to enjoy the food that you prepared. Chef Alfredo is all about hygiene and safe practices so you will also leave with new knowledge on these areas.
Special Celebrations- The sky is the limit! You could have a Bridal Shower with a Kitchen theme and have Chef Alfredo make a demonstration or give a class. You can order high end trays or beautiful fruit platters. He can prepare an intimate anniversary dinner for you and your loved one or a Rehearsal Dinner for your daughter. Just ask, intimate culinary gatherings is our specialty!
