Our One- to- One nutritional consultation includes: tissue (hair) analysis. Stop guessing what foods to put in your body for optimum health and weight loss. Blood work shows what you have in your body for the day; hair analysis shows minerals, metals, imbalances, and what your body has had in a lifetime.
We have a booklet showing foods and technique for vitality, weight loss, and health. We do stress reduction with a biofeedback machine. We offer Reiki, a Japanese modality to help heal the body with energy medicine.
Cranial Sacral works with the facsia to facilitate healing by releasing emotional stress and physical imbalances. In Magnetic Therapy, magnetics are used to heal the body heal and balance. We do Chakra balancing through the laying of crystals to help release physical or emotional imbalances.
Through foot- detox, we offer a 1/2 hour therapy to help de- tox the body of toxins. Our Stress Buster is 25 mins and helps lymphs detox from toxins. In our workshop, Come Save your Life, learn how to make healing foods and raw/ living foods from two well known chefs.
We offer Reiki Certification classes (close lineage to Dr. Usui), a biofeedback machine for de -stessing, aura pictures and chakra evaluation, and spiritual counseling.
On Wed night there are free meetings from 7:30pm- 9:30pm, a lecture, and free raw/ living food to sample. On Sunday there is a free spiritual lecture and guided meditation from 1:00pm to 2:00pm. On the third Wed of every month there is a free Reiki Circle.
During Dr. Kapadia’s journey to heal, she reversed osteoporosis, arthritis, fibroids (avoiding a hysterectomy), eliminated a pancreatic tumor, and lost 48lbs. She healed through the personal implementation of a healthy lifestyle. She is an author, healer, and educator for the body, soul, and mind.
