Reservations: we will accept rentals request up to the day before your event. However, if your reservation is made less than 7 days before the event date we do require that the full amount be paid when the contract is signed and returned. We will notify you about availability but your reservation is not confirmed until we receive a deposit. |

Cancellations: Allen's party supplies reserve the right to refuse to complete any event that has the potential to cause damage to its equipment. Refunds will be given only if cancellation is received seven(7) days prior to the event. |
