Fair Street Neighborhood Center

Fair Street Neighborhood Center is a charming new meeting and event facility available for use by reservation. The large meeting space seats 80-100 banquet or 130 theater style. It divides into two rooms and there is a separate conference room which seats 8-10 people.
The well-landscaped setting includes plenty of free parking. As it sits next to the elementary school, no alcohol is allowed.
The catering kitchen is available for rent.

Fees & Deposit



Fees range from $25.00 to $55.00 per hour with a minimum of four hours depending on residence-status. Business and government rates as well as staff set up and linen services are available.

Seven days a week, from 7 AM to 11 PM.
