GHC rents up to one year prior to the rental date on a first come, first serve basis. Rental times can vary depending on your needs. The fees indicated are for a two hour period of time, which is the minimum.
Areas that can be rented:
Courtroom (2832 square feet)
Includes the courtroom, foyer, jury room, prep kitchen, and private restrooms.
Amenities include: Chandelier lighting, 24 foot ceilings, tables & chairs,permanent wood dance floor, sound system, and microphones.
Capacity: 350 standing/theatre, 150-200 seated.
Courtroom Exclusive
Rental includes same features as courtroom, plus the 3 downstairs meeting rooms and restrooms

Meeting Room
(3 Available) Each meeting room is equipped with tables and chairs. Amenities available include: podium, easels, dry-erase board, TV/VCR/DVD, LCD projector, and screen.
Capacity: 25-30 per room.
Gazebo
Perfect for outdoor weddings and company picnics!
Amenities include: Outdoor restrooms, electrical connections, availability of outdoor tables & chairs (additional fees apply)
Capacity: 50 under the gazebo or 200 guest beside the gazebo.
Rentals with greater than 200 must rent the grounds.
