Our menu is more of a list of suggested items to be chosen from to fit the occasion. We're known for our menus with an Italian flair (think Pasta Asciutta Rustica w/Homemade Fettucine and Lemon Risotto w/Shrimp). Other menus we've devised for events could be described as Cajun/Creole, Southern, New American, Continental Brasserie, and Irish. |

Cost of ingredients for events range from $18-35 a person. Other costs, such as utensils, napkins, linens, servers, special equipment, glassware, are added to the ingredient/ labor cost with a supplemental fee. |
