If you want great food at your next event, look no further. The Douglasville Retail Meat and Smokehouse offers a full range of catering options.
For less than 50 people, we prepare the food for you to take on site and serve. There are numerous heat and eat items available at the store daily from BBQ ribs to smoked, pulled pork, to smoked and/or marinated chicken, to a variety of ethnic sausages (like boudin, andouille and kabanos) and certified angus beef (CAB) brisket.
We also offer Boar's Head deli platters and bake fresh rolls on site. Our low overhead allows us to offer some of the best Boar's Head pricing in the Atlanta area.
For meals over 50 people, we will bring a team on site and offer everything from simple BBQ to gourmet foods prepared by trained chefs, including CAB steaks, venison, wild game, pig roasts and seafood.
We also wholesale our gourmet sausage products to the local catering community. If you are doing a Polish, German, Russian, English, Cajun or Italian wedding or event, we can get you fresh made products from scratch.
