Carole Parks Catering services all types of events, from wedding receptions and cocktail parties to seated and served dinners. In addition to running the executive dining rooms of many of the largest law firms in Atlanta, CPC caters a variety of corporate meetings and events. They have also catered for celebrities such as Usher, Jermaine Dupri, Jane Fonda and Vern Yipp.
CPC has catered a variety of well-known functions throughout the city as well, including The Atlanta Symphony's Decorator's Show house, Garden of Eden Ball at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens and the Maestro Ball for the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra.
Under the expertise of Chef Laura Rogers, CPC prepares foods from many regions of the world, from Classical French to Southern Barbeque. They are as skilled as they are flexible, doing something as fun and simple as a Mini Slider Station to a dish as colorful and exotic as traditional Paella amidst a Rainforest Table Scape. "We can do some unique small plates as well as amazing entrees," Rogers says. "They feed your eyes as well as your appetite."
Recently ranked number six on the Atlanta Business Chronicle's Book of Lists, CPC is the largest female-owned and operated catering company in the city. "This is a town that wants great service, " Parks says. "Everybody comes to us to have a good time. We make the event a positive experience."
