Pamela’s Bakery Café Espresso combines the freshest high- quality ingredients with a passion for culinary arts, and creates a tantalizing feast for both your eyes and your mouth.

We specialize in creating custom wedding cakes tailored to the tastes and personal style of the bridal couple. Underneath the creative and unique design your guests will see, is the unmatched quality and flavor of the cake and fillings.

A $50 (non- refundable) fee will secure a “tasting appointment” and a variety of cakes and fillings to sample. This fee will be applied towards the purchase of your wedding cake. Set aside approximately one hour for the tasting appointment and feel free to bring any pictures or ideas for your dream cake, as we’re enthusiastic about new designs and creations. Your wedding cake should reflect the style and personality of your wedding day.

When you decide to place the order for your wedding cake, a 50% (non- refundable) deposit will be required. Final payment will be due three weeks prior to your wedding date, and we ask that you finalize all decisions regarding the size, flavor and design of your cake at that time. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate changes to the delivery time that occur after the initial scheduled reservation. Be sure to place your order with us well in advance of your wedding day to insure your cake is an authentic “Pamela’s” wedding cake!
