Circle the Date will create the ultimate "save the date" tools to make it as easy as possible for guests to attend your wedding or event. We provide you with CD-Rom disks to send your guests to use on any home computer. The disk will give the ceremony date and location, a map displaying the location of the ceremony, reception, and nearby hotels with clickable links to make reservations. The CD will also provide a list of area events for surrounding dates. Finally it will give your guests store information and direct links to online gift registries.
In addition to the CD’s a personal web page will be displayed until the date of the event, giving the same or similar contents as the CD’s, however will provide guests with constant updates or any changes that might occur before the date of the ceremony.
Finally the package your guests receive will include a printed card with the ceremony information, and a calendar sticker for marking the big date.
