Originating in 1981, in a city rich in diverse culture, heritage and unique cuisine, New Orleans Catering was established to meet the catering needs of a discriminating and demanding group, New Orleanians. Our mission was and still is to provide a culinary experience that previously been reserved for only the finest restaurants in town.
A variety of reasons attribute to New Orleans Catering's reputation and success.
First, quality of our food. Not only do we begin preparation the day prior to your event, we prepare a significant portion of most menus on-site.
Second, service to our client. We view our role as to assist our client in any way, to make the planning effort easy and enjoyable for them, from taking care of specific aspects of their event, to directing them to an appropriate resources, to sharing the benefit of our experience in a given situation.
Third, our staff, second to none. A significant portion of our staff has been with us seven, ten, twelve, fifteen, even twenty years. Over the years, we have received consistent and repeated accolades regarding the professional manner and courteous demeanor of our staff, always going the extra mile, which makes such a difference in the experience of client as well as the guests in attendance. As a result, 70 percent of our business each year is repeat clientele.
We pride ourselves on always having an abundance of food and service staff on each event. This is a rarity in New Orleans. Another rarity is we only accept two or, sometimes, three events on a given day. There have been years we have turned away as much as 40 percent of the business opportunities we accepted, because of our commitment to you, the client.
