Set upon 140 acres of rolling terrain, The Georgetown Club is a private, 18-hole championship golf course featuring a 40,000 square foot clubhouse with two function ballrooms, a full-service restuarant and bar, member locker rooms, louges and excercise room. Also on property is a pool and cabana complex with two tennis courts, a pro shop and a driving range.
Our function ballrooms are available 7 days a week for special events including wedding ceremonies and receptions, showers, anniversary parties, fundraisers and charity events. You do not need to be a member to hold a function at our facility.
The Essex and Andover Ballrooms can accomodate 225 and 350 guests respectively and have cathedral ceilings with brass chandeliers, floor to ceiling windows, spacious dance floors, balconies overlooking our golf course and private entryways with winding staircases.
On Mondays, our golf course is available for corporate and charity golf outings and our pool is the perfect location for an outdoor barbecue or clambake. Our restaurant is open to the public and operates Tuesday through Sunday. It is also available for smaller events such as rehearsal dinners and showers.
The Georgetown Club combines the traditions of old New England with the ambiance of an luxurious country club.
