Our historic site built in 1795 was once a private home. Since 1922 the home has been maintained by the non- profit Dedham Community Association which runs a pre- school, summer camp, and a variety of classes and programs for all ages.
The home is rented out for functions year- round. Renters have full use of 5 rooms, small kitchen, and 3 restrooms. Sit down capacity is 48- 90. Cocktail events up to 150. Our more casual gym building holds upwards of 100 for children's parties and dances.
