The Acker Bressler Trio, comprised of Berklee College Alum brothers Victor and Dana Acker along with Scott Bressler, blows a breath of fresh air into the jazz standard repertoire by mixing traditional tunes with the “new standards”, composed by such artists as Burt Bachrach, Stevie Wonder, Lennon and McCartney.
The guitar duo with bass accompaniment delivers subtle, cool arrangements of finger popping favorites, Brazilian classics and lush ballads. They bring a warm familiarity to every performance. The trio is available for cocktail receptions, corporate functions and private parties in Boston and its surrounding areas.
