Our green events feature locally grown, organic, and sustainable products. We use foods with NO pesticides, hormones, or antibiotics. We also offer specialized celiac and vegan menus.
Green Gal strives to be a "waste free" caterer!
We do not use plastic as you know it. All of our "plastics" and waste are composted after your event. Green Gal also uses many other Green products and techniques- Make your friends and colleagues "green with envy!"
