We all know the importance of gathering around a table for a nourishing, home-cooked meal. But the truth is that many of us simply do not have the time, energy, or resources to scour farmers markets for fresh, organic produce or find a local farm that raises all-natural meats and poultry. Most of us do not have the time to cure our own meats, craft delicious cheeses, or make batches of fresh baked breads and cookies. Most of us do not have the desire - or the skill - to create dishes that are wholesome and unforgettably delicious!
Fortunately, the Valley Bowl will do it for you. Without having to drive from the farm to the co-op to the specialty store, you and your family will enjoy amazing meals that are created especially for you. The Valley Bowl uses almost exclusively organic, always fresh produce, naturally raised meats and dairy products from local vendors, including Simple Gifts Farm of Amherst and the River Valley Market in Northampton. We will use these fresh, local ingredients to prepare thoughtful and scrumptious dishes in your kitchen and then pop them in your fridge or freezer so that they're ready when you are. No pots and pans to scrub, no messy kitchen to clean, no more fast food or bad take-out and best of all, no more spending every night slaving in the kitchen when you could be relaxing around the table with family and friends.
All you have to do is set the table, turn on the music, and uncork a bottle of wine.
