Chef Marcus A. Myles, an Award Winning Chef with several years of a la carte and banquet experience at some of Baltimore's best restaurants including Due', Sotto Sopra, Oregon Grille, Chestnut Ridge Country Club, as well as overseeing the opening of That's Amore', is proud to announce the expansion of Chefs2Go. Chefs2Go combines personal chef services, off-premise catering, demonstrations and cooking lessons, grocery replenishment, and kitchen / pantry re-organization.
Chefs2Go is the premier Personal Chef Service in MD, DC and VA. Personal Chef means that we are able to service everything from "a couple to a couple hundred" as long as the venue allows outside culinary services. A part of Chef Myles' vision has always been to incorporate International Cuisines or as he likes to say "flavors of the world." He says, "I want to be able to take my clients around the world using food as the means of transportation." The possibilities with international and regional influences are endless. Chef also prides himself on being able to accommodate clients that are vegan as well as vegetarian.
Each menu is customized to the client's specifications during a free in-person consultation. Chef embraces the concept "flavors of the world" and really enjoys creating Culinary Delights which are never boring (such as the typical one meat, one starch, and one vegetable). You are transported to the Southwest, Asia, Italy or to the Caribbean and all Culinary Delights are prepared from scratch. All soups, sauces, and salad dressings are prepared fresh by no else but - you guessed it - Chef Myles.
