Arturo and Carmen Montes have been in the food service business for over 56 years combined experience. We specialize in international and ethnic cuisines and also create some of most unique foods and menus. Please refer to our web page for today's specials. Carmen a pastry chef and Arturo the executive chef balances the company to create the whole package. From consultation to service.

In house or off site meals. Everything is made on site from scratch. No packaged process foods. When possible we hire an organic farmer to grow our most incredible produce. We bring in ingredients from around the world to create the most exciting dining experience. We welcome to most sophisticated diner including vegetarians which we love to cater to. You'll always want to leave room for our exquisite desserts or set up a meeting to book a wedding cake.
