K & J Catering’s standard services include complete setup and cleanup, and professional, uniformed staff. The guest tables are covered (extra charge for linen) and nicely finished with bud vases, flowers, and votive candles, all placed on a decorative mirror.
The head table, buffet table, and cake table are skirted and covered with linen, candelabra, floral arrangements, fancy bows, netting, and other special touches to complement the occasion (decorating is discussed prior to the event).
Buffet service includes fancy chafers, champagne fountain (punch or champagne), coffee urn, stainless steel flatware, sturdy disposable dinner plates, cake plates, coffee cups, punch cups, and fluted champagne glasses for the headtable. Leftover food is packaged to go. China, glassware, and linen are available for rent (contact K & J for details).
Make the right impression; request the following additional items for your event: table linen, tablecloths, napkins (includes fold and table setting), formal dinnerware/ stemware, hors d’oeuvre plates, salad plates, dinner plates, saucers, coffee cups, water goblets, wine glasses, fluted champagne glasses, carafes (water/ wine), and thermos coffee carafes. The cleaning charge is based on number of items rented.
