All events include available space for up to 300 people on the fifth floor; a private, 700 square foot suite for the special bride and a groom's room; a private, enclosed kitchen prep area with equipment needed to assist caterers - a warmer, refrigerator, cold and hot beverage urns, and chafers (all food must be cooked off site); ballroom with tables (round for seating, rectangle and high - tops for all others); white folding chairs; white floor - length underlay linen and your color choice of overlay linen; four different glass centerpiece hurricanes; mirror; four small tea light candle holders per table; two bars; two keg - orators; co2; and two stainless steel coolers on wheels.
First floor lobby has a door attendant, elevator attendant, and guest list attendant available throughout the event to assist your guests.
You may bring in your own alcohol, but all bottles must stay behind the bars. We recommend you choose your caterer from our list of hand picked caterers that are licensed and insured, however, you are allowed to choose your own caterer outside of our list for a $500.00 additional charge, with a separate $500.00 damage deposit (damage deposit refundable). All caterers must be licensed and insured.
You are allowed ten hours for the reception or twelve hours for the ceremony and reception. There is an eight - level, standard parking garage that is connected to our building. Reserved parking vouchers may be purchased from Standard for your guest. We now offer day - of - coordinating (at The Sawyer Room only) and candelabra packages as an up - graded service, and may be rented under a different contract.
