I started decorating cakes in 1995 as a hobby. The last two years has been very fortunate for me. My cake business has been extremely busy. I started out with the Wilton cake decorating classes. I also have read anything I can get my hands on about cake decorating. I love what I do! I try to make each cake as individual as possible. I feel that each person is an individual and their cake should say that, it doesn't matter what the occasion. I have spent many hours practicing each technique.
