Who is Dessert First? Pastry Chef Kristin Durnin began baking in her family's restaurant, The Bunnery, in Jackson Hole, Wyoming in 1990. She later went on to receive her Culinary Arts degree with honors from Johnson & Wales University. Kristin has trained under some top European chefs, and has over 10 years in professional restaurants, building a solid foundation and strong repertoire of French and American pastry.
