Cakes are my passion, you dream it we'll do it. First I was an artist with paintings in show in NC galleries, then my love of art and cooking combined and I became Professional Pastry Chef. I have worked for five star/ five diamond resorts, elite country clubs and award winning restaurants.

I have won two awards one second place and one first place for best dessert in Charlotte. I will be studying with Colette Peters a week This summer. I am passionate about my work and would love to make a delicious amazing cake for you! I would love to talk to you about your next inspired event.
