Pastry Chef Michelle Fountain has been creating beautiful cakes, desserts and pastries for over 10 years in the Asheville area. She's worked at the Grove Park Inn, local area restaurants, and was the pastry chef for the Country Club of Asheville for over 5 years. In 2004, she decided to break away and open up her own business, Icing on the Cake. At Icing on the Cake, we use only the finest ingredients to insure that our creations are delicious. We are dedicated to creating the centerpiece at any event. Consultations and tastings are made by appointment only.
