Full Service catering is a staffed event for parties of 25 people or more. Red Hot & Blue provides all disposable items for your buffet including a tablecloth for a buffet, disposable chafing dishes, plastic serving utensils, paper products, trash bags, and sanitary gloves. We require one server per 40- 50 guests. The fee per server ranges from $100- $175 and is determined by the length of service and the location of your event. The server fee includes set- up, service and clean- up. Red Hot & Blue is not able to provide dining tables, guest chairs or tents. Menus are priced per person.
Delivery Deluxe catering is for parties of 25 people or more. There is a $35 or $50 non- taxable delivery fee depending on the location of your event. Red Hot & Blue does not provide buffet tables or dining tables. Menus are priced per person.
Delivery is for parties totaling $250 or more, and there is no minimum head count. Custom build your order by itemizing what you need. There is a $35 or $50 non- taxable delivery fee depending on the location of your event. Catering supplies such as paper goods and serving utensils are not included, but they can be purchased from our a la carte menu. Red Hot & Blue does not provide buffet tables or dining tables.
