Mountain Annie's is a beautiful venue featuring the grand Riversong Room, appointed with chandeliers and Jalisco marble tables. The Riversong accommodates up to 400 guests and has a stage, dance floor and bar.
Our Mountain Forest Garden is the perfect setting for an intimate summer wedding, available May- Sept. Two hotels across the street provide convenient overnight lodging for your guests. Our built- in restaurant facility can provide fine dining and hors d’oeuvres for rehearsal dinners and receptions.
Mountain Annie’s welcomes ceremonies and receptions for Interdenominational Christian, Jewish, or Civil Unions.
Standard services include:
- Conveniently located Ladies’ Room and Men’s Room large enough for entire entourage to dress.
- Rehearsal Time with optional Dinner or hors d’oeuvres.
- Tables and Chairs for up to 400 guests; round Jalisco marble tables seat 8- 10.
- Linens, dishes, glasses, flatware and centerpieces of pastel silk roses and hydrangeas.
- Gift table and table for guest registry.
- 70- foot aisle, 4’ wide, with aisle cloth.
- Fully Decorated Wedding Arch or Chuppah.
- Dinner served to tables includes a double-entrée meal, non- alcoholic beverages and dessert.
- Dessert is a Luscious White Sheet Cake with rich butter creme frosting. (This saves the cost of a huge wedding cake, allowing the purchase of a beautiful small cake for the sharing ritual.)
- A champagne toast (optional).
- Bilingual Servers (English and Spanish).
- Full Bar with Bartender.
- A 700- to 900- square-foot dance floor in the elegant Riversong Room or an area for garden dancing on the wooden deck in front of the gazebo.
- CD recordings of traditional music (or other CDs of your choice) on our Sound System. Wireless, hand-held microphones.
- Childcare facility upstairs for infants and young children. Stocked with snacks, milk and juices, toys, coloring books, TV and DVD’s.
