If you should cancel your reservation or function, the Hotel shall be entitled to collect, as liquidated 75% of the sum of the Minimum Anticipated Food and Beverage Revenue and the meeting room rental to be charged if canceled between 90 and 10 days prior to your function. The Hotel shall be entitled to collect 90% if canceled within 10 days of the event. |
