April Lund founded Sweet Blessings in 2004 after graduating from the CNMCC culinary arts baking program. We now employ other CNM grads as well. In 2007, we were recognized as the Best Bakery in Albuquerque, voted on by the public in Alb. the Magazine.
Over the last 2 years our corporate catering has grown at an astonishing rate with large clients such as Sandia National Labs, Fidelity Investments, Dekker/Perish/Sabatini Architecture Firm and Wilson & Co. Engineering Firm.
Our recognition has grown within Albuquerque and Santa Fe for wedding cakes. Our cafe and business has been featured multiple times in local media and CNM publications.
We make our products from scratch with only the best ingredients. We offer birthday cakes, custom cakes, wedding cakes, pastries, breads, desserts, soups, salads & sandwiches for the cafe; box lunches, platters, speciatly hor d' oeuvres, comfort food buffet meals.
