The Penthouse is the ultimate, perfect Manhattan loft. It is impeccably appointed, and has large skylights, stunning city views, huge walls of windows, big open spaces, some furniture (rustic, classic, and antique), a remarkable bathroom (with an open shower and clawfoot tub), and an industrial roof with fantastic, urban views.
Location: Manhattan’s Fashion District, two blocks from The Empire State Building
Amenities/Details:
-band and DJS are fine, no sound limitations
-Full kitchen for catering
-Elevator direct to loft
-Clean-up fee is included in the price
-I-pod ready stereo
-Folding tables (Three 6’ )
-Also included is the furniture you see on the website, most of which are easily movable.
-Rolling racks (Two with about 20 hangers each)
-Extension cords (Six, various lengths)

-Holidays may carry a higher rental rate.
-150 person limit
