The Penthouse is the ultimate, perfect Manhattan loft. It is impeccably appointed, and has large skylights, stunning city views, huge walls of windows, big open spaces, some furniture (rustic, classic, and antique), a remarkable bathroom (with an open shower and clawfoot tub), and an industrial roof with fantastic, urban views.

*The rental fee is for 9 hours of usage (including set-up). Holidays may carry a higher rate. Prices are subject to change based upon usage details. This location requires a one-day insurance policy. This location allows you to decorate and bring in your own bar and / or and caterers. No overnights are allowed in any of our locations. Selling of alcohol is not allowed without a temporary city permit. Underage drinking of any kind is strictly forbidden in all of our locations.
