*The rental fee is for 9 hours of usage (including set-up). Holidays may carry a higher rate. Prices are subject to change based upon usage details. This location requires a one-day insurance policy. This location allows you to decorate and bring in your own bar and / or caterers. No overnights are allowed in any of our locations. Selling of alcohol is not allowed without a temporary city permit. Underage drinking of any kind is strictly forbidden in all of our locations.
