This Classical Revival ballroom was once a stately bank. The grand interior hall features massive 30 foot, marble mosaic columns, and a painted mural by noted artist Griffith Baily Coale. The ballroom has thick bronze doors, ten breathtaking pillars, and restored porcelain-tile floors. This location also has a beautiful, wood-paneled conference room and classrooms (available for an additional fee).

Fees & Deposit



Event rental fee $10,000 Photo rental fee $3,500 Film rental fee $6,500 The rental fee is for 9 hours of usage (including set-up). Holidays may carry a higher rate. Prices are subject to change based upon usage details. This location requires a one-day insurance policy. This location allows you to decorate and bring in your own bar and / or caterers. No overnights are allowed in any of our locations. Selling of alcohol is not allowed without a temporary city permit. Underage drinking of any kind is strictly forbidden in all of our locations.
