The Bykenhulle House is an 1841 Georgian Manor House. Situated 60 miles north of New York City in the spectacular Hudson Valley. From April through October a mirage of annual and perennial flowers, herbs, shrubs, and ground covers fill the grounds with ongoing color. No two events are the same. Only one reception takes place on any given day so you can be assured you won’t be rushed on your special day.
Most ceremonies and receptions last between five and six hours. We request that receptions begin no later than 3- 4:00PM in the afternoon.
Available to you are five large Bed and Breakfast rooms for your guests. Each room is uniquely decorated. Included with your room is a full breakfast in the formal dining room. Catering for Bykenhulle House events is provided by Ed Kowalski (Lola’s Café). Contact Ed for sample menus and pricing.
The Bykenhulle House requires a non- refundable $500.00 deposit to secure your reception date for the facility. We also require a credit card to hold the B&B rooms. Rooms are not charged until check- in. Cancellations within 14 days are charged unless we are able to book them for another guest. We accept cash, check, MasterCard, or Visa. Check- in time is 3:00PM. Rooms are available for registered guests only.
Site fee is $33.00/ head for use of the Ballroom, gardens, gazebo, patios, parking, and restrooms. If you wish to have your ceremony on site as well the price per head is $35.00. There is no tax for the site fee. Checks should be made out to Bykenhulle House, LLC. No credit cards for site fee. Included are 60 inch round tables and white wood chairs with padded seats for 80 people.
