Located in the heart of NoHo, this EVA SCRIVO loft offers a luxurious and elegant setting for any event. The beautiful store-front space features 3000 actual sq. ft. on the ground floor and a 2000 sq. ft. finished basement. The hip downtown location, grand and elegant design, and easy accessibility, makes this an ideal location for hosting events in NYC.
Set up as a beauty salon, the loft easily converts to a stunning event venue, with a glass storefront, 12' ceiling, matching venini chandeliers, and 9' tall stainless steel mirrors. The entire space is wired for sound with built-in speakers througout, and is fully air conditioned. There is a marble half bath on the main floor and two additional bathrooms (one of them with double stalls) downstairs.
The usable floor plate is approximately 25' x 110'. The basement is set up as a spa and offices, with a kitchen (no stove) in the back. Therefore, it be partially used for events. Please contact us for more information and pricing. We are happy to help arrange for catering and security, but you're welcome to use your own.
