Designed by architect Thomas Leeser, our hip, flexible twenty-first century facility has everything you need to impress your guests. Most notable for its strikingly curved glass facade and deep, tubular, space-age central hallway, 3LD Art & Technology Center lends itself to creative and innovative modern designs. Coupled with our state-of-the-art video, lighting, and sound equipment rental options, our space can provide you with everything you need to make your next event unforgettable.
In addition, our three unique studio spaces are completely flexible to fit your needs, and can be rented separately or together for a total of 8000 sq. ft.
3LD Art and Technology Center has been featured in several world renowned publications, such as SPA-DE (the international interior design magazine), Metropolis Architecture, The New York Times, Variety, Contemporary Art Magazine, and Reader's Digest. Our spaces have also been shown on
