Delicacies Catering started in 1985. On our very first day of business we catered a hot buffet for 200 people at a local VFW Hall. We were so excited to open our store and have the opportunity to cater our very first party. When the delivery trucks pulled in we started cooking and that's still the way we do it today. We only use the freshest provisions, produce and seafood available. We believe our customers have certain tastes, needs and habits so most of our catering is customized to each party we do!
