My, Oh My, What A Wonderful Day
One thing Barb Salzman’s learned over the years is inspiration can be found just about anywhere, you just have to know where to look. Although she was too young to know it at the time, Barb would find her inspiration nestled in a nest next to the back porch of her childhood home. Year after year, beautiful Blue Jays would return to lay their eggs; and year after year, she’d watch in awe, as life would miraculously hatch.
In Barb’s world, that’s what it’s all about: creating the perfect backdrop for life to happen. Now with over ten years experience creating visuals and that past three as Visual Manager for Anthropologie, degrees from both The University of Vermont and The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, along with her recent foray as a key interior designer on Home and Garden’s new show, What’s Your Sign Design, Barb is spreading her own wings, creating unique and memorable events all around NYC and beyond.
