Clubhouse and Patio

Our charming colonial clubhouse is surrounded by 17 acres of lawn and woods giving you a secluded, private and beautiful location for your event.
For most events the clubhouse accommodates up to 125 guests seated and 175 to mingle. Use of the outdoor terrace allows a total capacity of 250 guests seated. Tent rental for the terrace is available.

Fees & Deposit



The fee Mondays through Thursdays is $525.00 for a four hour rental period and Fridays through Sundays $895.00 for a four hour rental period. The deposit for both is $500.00.
