Montgomery Inn provides heavy-duty Chinet plates, napkins, plasticware, serving utensils, bibs and wet naps for all caterings and deliveries.
If you choose full service catering, we will arrive approximately 45 minutes prior to your scheduled serve time. In addition to paper and plasticware we will provide buffet tables, chafing dishes, sterno and linen for our buffet tables.
We will serve your guests as they come through the buffet line and provide general clean up after the meal. Please speak with your sales manager if you require any additional linens, china, or audio visual equipment.
Menu selection and guarantee - our catering menu offers a wide variety of delicious meals and of course our Montgomery Inn signature items. We request that all menu selections be made 5 business days prior to your event. A minimum of 25 meals or a $300.00 food order is required. A final guaranteed number of guests is required 3 business days prior to your event. We will try to accommodate an increase in guest count after the guarantee date if possible.
Service charges - our catering department has the following service charges: For full service catering, there is a $150.00 minimum charge or 19% of your total bill. For delivery a $50.00 delivery fee will apply. Montgomery Inn Catering can supply a bartender for an additional $100.00 fee per bartender.
