Founded in 2002 by Rich Rores (The Sandman) and Dawn Rores, Sandman Gourmet is the culmination of their extensive hotel, restaurant, and hospitality experience. Rich and his team of well-trained chefs have fine tuned their culinary and hospitality skills in fine restaurants and hotels in Europe, New York and the Midwest.
