Built in 1760 and fully restored in 2006, Speedwell Forge mansion is listed on the National Historic Register. The elegant dining room can be converted into a conference room with seating for 20. A variety of seating arrangements are available.
The charge for the conference room (from 9:30am to 5pm) is $100, and includes all setup and breakdown, coffee, tea and water, and use of the audiovisual equipment.
Located in northern Lancaster County, Speedwell Forge is convenient to I-76, I-78, and Route 30. We are centrally located between Harrisburg, Hershey, Lebanon, Reading, and York. We are 90 minutes from Philadelphia and two hours from Baltimore.
Located between the historic small towns of Lititz and Manheim, there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
On 120 acres, between a lake and a natural park, Speedwell Forge is quiet and secluded. There is a 24-acre wolf sanctuary on the property, and private tours can be arranged. (The wolf sanctuary is a non-profit group and there is an admission charge.)
The B&B offers three rooms and two cottages, all with private bath, and can accommodate up to 12 guests. A full three-course breakfast is served in the morning.
