Sera Dolca Culinary Services, established in 2007, is the product of years of preparation and development by Domenick Rowe, Chef and Owner. The concept is entirely original: we are a personal chef service offering single- event contracts (just like a caterer), with the entire menu custom- designed expressly for your event, as a personal chef would do.
We specialize in fine gourmet cuisine. The final preparation of ingredients, cooking, and service is done entirely on location (a kitchen must be available) by uniformed chefs, assuring you the freshest, most delectable food imaginable. Buffet- style and sit- down, individual chef plating is available. Because of the exclusive nature of the service, groups of 25 or less are preferred. Call for a consultation.
