Peregrine Coffee is a Philadelphia-based coffee roaster specializing in supremely fresh, artisan-roasted, single-origin beans. If you have ever been curious about the difference in flavor among coffees from different parts of the world, want to understand what light-roasted vs. dark-roasted coffee is all about, or finally find a decaf that will knock your socks off -- this is the place.

What sets Peregrine Coffee apart from many other small roasters is our business model. We don't operate a cafe, and we're not interested in being on shelves everywhere where even great coffee can get stale fast. What we offer (in addition to our traditional online store) is a full bespoke coffee service, where anyone with a curious palate can come to the shop (or we'll come to their home or workplace) taste coffees and discover what they love.

From there Peregrine will scour the globe to find the coffees that match our clients' taste preferences, buy a bag, store it in our roastshop and roast and deliver it on demand whenever the client desires. Or we'll come to do a coffee tasting at a social event. Or provide coffee for a special occasion where the host wants a coffee specifically chosen to complement a distinctive dessert. Or help local restaurants offer dessert pairings or coffee flights after dinner.
