I like sitting down with my customer to discuss any suggestions they might have for their special event and going on from there. Whether it be small dinner party or a family event for 40 to 60 people.
I do the shopping and prep work at home, cook and serve at there home or hall. I have also been the cook for the week for a family here on Hilton Head on vacation.. Reference upon request.
