Our entire 17,000 square foot museum is available for rental with food & beverage allowed throughout the facility. Maximum capacity = 450 people. Interactive audio-visual displays and musical exhibits throughout all 17 galleries, a few special event areas include: 100 year-old Mississippi Delta church; floor-to-ceiling video screen featuring original "Soul Train" footage and dance floor; "Studio A" with single-room banquet seating for 110 and professional "studio quality" acoustics/ electrical requirements for musical entertainment; Isaac Hayes' 1972 gold-trimmed "Superfly" Cadillac, and much more. A/V link service available throughout the museum for special entertainment options; lighted exterior "Stax" marquee personalization available. List of approved caterers available.
